Q. How can I pay?
A. We accept:

Q. Do you need a digital image or can I send a printed photograph?
A. You can send us either one. We have a mail-order process for customers who do not have a digital image. The minimum size photograph that we can work with is a 4x6. Smaller photographs do not transfer well and often look grainy. Digital photos (best size is 300 dpi or 1 MB or larger) can be emailed to us at: samantha@ontheballmemories.com.
Any imperfections in the photo will be magnified when enlarged. A blurred photo will result in a blurred reproduction. Most items have enough room for a full name, team name, and year. If the personalization is too long we will notify you before continuing. Due to copyright laws, we are not able to reproduce any copyrighted images without a signed photo release from the photographer.
Q. Will the process damage or ruin my print photograph?
A. No, we will scan your photograph and make it into a digital file.
Q. If I send a printed photograph, will I get it back?
A. Your picture will not be harmed by the process and it will be returned with the item.
Q. How does the process work?
A. On The Ball Memories uses a patented thermal process to directly adhere your image to our specially coated sports balls, ornaments, and hockey pucks. This process allows us to permanently place your image on the item of your choice.
Q. How quickly do I get my ball after I place an order?
A. Normal turnaround is 7-10 days, customized graphics may add more time.
Q. How long will a photo sports ball product last?
A. Indefinitely if proper care is taken. Photo Sports Balls and ornaments are meant for display purposes only and should not be used if you want the image to last.
Q. I am interested in using On The Ball Memories as a fund raiser for my organization or team.
How can I do that?
A. We are happy to partner with schools, sports teams, and other organizations looking for fund raising opportunities.
Q. What if I still have questions?
